My fiance and I want to acknowledge the good work that Mr. Vernon Esham and his contractors have done for us. We had spent over a year deciding which builder to use to build our home. We checked references, looked at houses that had been build and made a spread sheet to compare what was offered from each builder for our money. Esham Builders were less money and offered us better quality materials. Our main concern was to have our home “under roof” in 30 days, which he accomplished as promised. He gave us a schedule at the start and stuck to it, completing the home when he told us he would.

We live three hours away from where the home was build, so we depended on Vernon to get the permits and stay on top of everything. Any time we had a question or thought we had a problem, he was quick to reply and solve the issue.

We would highly recommend Esham Builders. The quality of work is excellent and the honesty and integrity of Mr. Esham is seldom found these days.
